1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "you") and magga88 ("magga88", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at magga88.org. By registering an account, accessing the platform, or using any service offered through magga88, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with magga88's Privacy Policy and any additional rules applicable to specific games or promotions, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on magga88. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current registration information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number.
• Promptly update your account information if any registered details change.

• Notify magga88 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

magga88 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. All activity conducted through your account will be treated as authorised by you unless you have previously notified magga88 of a suspected security breach.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on magga88 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include, but are not limited to, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Touch n Go eWallet, and Boost. magga88 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits; certain withdrawal methods may be subject to processing fees as notified at the time of withdrawal request.

magga88 applies a minimum deposit amount which is displayed on the cashier page at the time of deposit. Deposits that do not meet the minimum threshold will not be credited to your account balance.

Withdrawals are processed subject to identity verification and completion of any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds. magga88 reserves the right to delay processing of any withdrawal pending completion of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) or Know Your Customer (KYC) checks in accordance with our compliance obligations under international gaming authority guidelines. magga88 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods that were not used for a prior deposit.

• Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred.
• magga88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonus arrangements — including but not limited to use of multiple accounts, collusion, or exploitation of software errors — will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and may result in account suspension.
• Where a member withdraws before meeting applicable wagering requirements, any uncleared bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid only for the designated game(s) and expire as specified in the promotion terms.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on magga88 — including slots, live casino tables, sportsbook markets, and Fisher Game titles — are governed by individual game rules accessible within each game interface. In the event of any inconsistency between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game rules expressly state otherwise.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, magga88, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or business interruption, even if magga88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

magga88 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. magga88's aggregate liability to any member in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Upon account closure for breach, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Withdrawable real-money balances will be returned to the member via their last used payment method following completion of any outstanding verification and compliance checks, unless the balance is subject to forfeiture under these Terms or applicable law.

12. Amendments
